I think the guidelines is to drink 8 glasses of water a day? I find it quite difficult to do so. Especially when you're busy doing your daily activities, and you tend to forget. But staying hydrated keeps you healthy!

Maybe i should carry an automatic water dispenser with a built in tube connected to my mouth, which pumps water out every 10 minutes.

Man I love smallville, once again it just got more interesting. The league of justice is just forming with, Green Arrow, Flash, Cyborg and Aquaman. Will Clark Kent join them? I hope so!
