I am standing 5 feet and semi-inches and weighing 130 pounds. I just like to firm the flabs and level-up the charm. Really need to!
How? I refer doing it only at home. Do some stretching. Tune up the stereo and do some dancing. A couple of jumps with the rope. Focus on crunches. And, Perhaps buy some CD on abs and aerobics.
