Prismadrenaline

Flying a dual line kite isn't too hard if you buy a good beginner one. I would highly recommend the Adrenaline by Prism. Its easy to fly, sturdy, and low cost-- about $50.

After about 2 hours, I got the hang of it and was able to do stunts.
