I have an Ab Lounge thing, and I can do about 300 "sit ups" on it. It doens't work as well as normal sit ups. I can do about 100 normal ones. (not that fast but I'll get that hundred done.) For a week in teh begining of December, i worked out every night, stretching and doing sit ups and crunches, i had flat abs, but I want to get into the habit of it. I want it all year round, or maybe a full month.
